The Movement Studio is pleased to offer 3 different Transformational Movement workshops, open to both the general public and health professionals. These workshops are appropriate for both beginners and ongoing students and consist of gentle, verbally guided movement sequences, organized around improving your movement comfort, capabilities, and function. These are an impressive variety of movement learning situations which address all areas of the body, especially how the back guides all of our movements and stays strong doing so. This movement learning process is full of surprises, healthy challenges, and the pleasure of learning in novel and interesting ways. Benefits include: reduced pain and chronic discomfort, relaxation, reduced tension and stress, improved posture, flexibility, energy, balance, and body awareness. These are five-week/one-hour per-week workshops.
