I'm looking forward to an elegant, simple, and satisfying summer and I'm going to bring these elements into the studio and share them with all of you as well.  When living is challenging, you CAN make it easier to handle and more enjoyable.  Advance from frantic to calm, harried to slow, and breathless to mindful.  Getting off the treadmill of time is very deeply nurturing, creates well-being, and reduces incidence of illness.   Many illnesses are caused by the squeezing pressure of cultural and self-imposed time constraints.   Join me for a weekly one-hour class, or up to three, one-hour classes per week and get the calm, restoration, and recharge that you need to go from the studio and live your life fully, gracefully, and mindfully.  Re-gain your balance, flexibility, resilience, and strength in these one-hour classes.  Classes are $12 each, or pay $10 each when you sign up for a series.  Your first class is FREE!  Most lessons are performed while lying on the super cozy, supportive floor.

Mondays, 12:00-1:00 p.m., 6/23--7/21/14:  New and returning students join me for "The Anat Baniel Method"; do the lessons to learn the genius of the method and the essentials for an amazing life. $50 for series of five classes.
Wednesdays, 12:00-1:00 p.m., 6/25--7/23:  "Simply Satisfying Strength"; how to powerfully and elegantly up your overall strength quotient.  $50 for series of five classes.
Fridays, 12:00-1:00 p.m., 6/27--7/25 except for 7/4/14:  "Sit Up Strong";  you CAN strengthen and regenerate your back WHILE you sit, will include both sitting and lying lessons.  $40 for series of four classes.
