STUDIO M UPSTAIRS-JULY 2013 CALENDAR

Hello Willits and abroad,

We are so pleased to welcome you to our newly-renovated Studio 'M' Upstairs, Willits.
Here at Studio 'M' Upstairs we practice mindfulness, movement, and much MORE.  Do you want a stronger body and mind?  Learn about the Anat Baniel Method, Feldenkrais Somatic Education, The Internal Gym, and the benefits of Meditative Movement and Move-Ability in your life.  Schedule yourself for a luxurious 60 or 90-minute private session (call for rates), or sign up for a series of movement awareness classes (see below), or drop-in to a class as soon as your time allows.  We've created a luxurious and calming retreat where you will renew, refresh, and revitalize, recover power and flexibility, recover from stress, and regain the energy to deal with the needs of your daily life.

CLASS SCHEDULE mid-June---July 2013 below:       Rates:  $12 drop-in, $11/5 session punch-card, $10/10 session punch-card. 1st class is always FREE!

NEW STUDENTS:  A FREE introductory class on Thursday, 6/20 from noon to 1:00 p.m.  Established students also invited with punch-card.

NEW  Evening class:  Tuesdays:   6/25, 7/2, 7/9, 7/16.  5:00-6:00 p.m. For ALL levels, beginner to advanced;  The fundamentals of the Method.

Wednesday noon class:  6/19, 6/26, 7/3, 7/10, 7/17, and 7/24.  Noon to 1:00 p.m;  Breathing and freeing the head, neck, and chest.

Friday noon class:  6/21, (6/28 NO class), 7/5, 7/12, 7/19, and 7/26.  Noon to 1:00 p.m.  Improving flexibility and strength at back, hips, and feet.

SUMMER BREAK-2 WEEKS:  The week of 7/29/13 & the week of 8/12/13;  STUDIO CLOSED.
