"Back Essentials-PLUS Use of Arms & Legs"
We demand a lot from our backs each and every day, while at the same time most people are living with back pain and feelings of weakness, stiffness, fatigue, and decreased quality of life.
How can you create back and body strength while performing your everyday tasks?  What are you missing out on in your life?  Imagine that every move you make could strengthen you.  We develop our muscle and body organization through years of habits and these habits create our pain and feelings of limitation.  Join us for a six-week series where you will learn how to strengthen and make more flexible your back, arms, and legs while doing your practical, every day tasks.  You will be guided through a deep exploration of your current body habits allowing you to transform them into new, healthy, vital, strengthening habits and ways of being, improving your life.  You will be provided with guidance "hands-on" as needed for added success. There are two opportunities to take advantage of this series; register for either 6 Wednesdays or 6 Fridays! Cost:  $60 when you register for all six classes.

Begins on Friday, February 22, 2013 and ends on Friday March 29, 2013. Time:  12:00-1:00 p.m. AND
Wednesday, February 27, 2013 and ends on Wednesday, April 3, 2013.  Time:  12:00-1:00 p.m.

Wear warm, layered, movable clothing and warm socks for your comfort when on the floor.  Bring your water bottle and fill it up here with triple-filtered water.  Feel free to bring a blanket, pillow, towel roll as needed for extra support.  Other supports and mats are provided.
