Hello,

Autumn is just about to grace your doorstep and we are ready to help you gear-up for it here at the studio with a new 8-week series.  Autumn is traditionally a time for balance and a time to prepare for winter.  

YOU ARE INVITED to the first class Monday, September 10, or you may begin anytime during the 8 weeks.  The holidays are just around the corner, they ARE looming everyone.  Seize this opportunity now to begin your exciting program of building strength and flexibility.  You truly can THRIVE and enjoy yourself, your family, your friends, all the possibilities that this season provides.  How many people do you know who have experienced sciatica, back, hip, & leg pain, disc injuries, as well as other back maladies & related stress?  Probably too many to count.  We sincerely hope that you will join us & also send or bring these people with you.  

Classes are based on the Anat Baniel Method which is based on the Feldenkrais Method.  These classes are gentle and pleasurable while at the same time powerful, educational, and immediately useful.  Reduce your pain, stiffness, & stress while improving your freedom, flexibility, & strength for everyday life.  

In this series you will learn how to:  1. Become more aware of how you are positioning your body, posture vs. acture,  2. Prevent future back pain flares through healthy movement choices & preventive exercises,  3.  Expand your options for healthful movement, lessening old painful habits & reducing stress.  4.  Enjoy movement maybe for the first time in years.  This can quite possibly benefit your neck, shoulders, knees, & hips as well.

The CLASS FEE for this series which includes a once per week, one-hour group class, PLUS attendance at any additional class of your choice throughout the 8 weeks, $80.  That means $10 total for up to 3 classes per week, the additional classes will be FREE!   Whether you come to 8 or 24 classes, it's still $80!  What an amazing deal.  My intention is to CREATE open attendance for expanding your abilities and options to get maximal benefits from the series.    

Class schedule September 10 through November 02, 2012 is as follows:

Monday 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Wednesday 12:00-1:00 p.m.
Friday 12:00-1:00 p.m. (with the exception of Friday, Sept. 21st, office closed-training).
