Learn how to get rid of your back or hip pain by developing power in these areas using the Anat Baniel Method-based on Feldenkrais.  Please join me for a 2-1/2 hour hands-on workshop on Saturday, August 18, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.  You will begin to develop back & hip power as you learn about the essentials of an efficient torso & pelvis while moving & lying on the floor.  These lessons are easy to do, fun, relaxing, interesting & luxurious.  You will learn how to continue the lessons at home & surpass your limitations.  You will receive hands-on help & support during the workshop.  Mats, hand-outs, drinks, & snacks will be provided.  Only $49!
